WCI (Workers' Compensation Insurance) is a large-scale social security programme. In contrast to health insurance, this type of insurance covers all medical expenses, regardless how much the covered individual provides. The study's key objectives are increase policy understanding and satisfaction with Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC). benefits Employees' (ESIS) were investigated as part study.
